Giuseppe was an amazing tour guide, we got there 30 minutes early & he was already there, pointed us in the right direction to grab a glass of wine or go to restroom prior to starting. Was quite informative about all major landmarks in the area, gave us detailed descriptions and explanations at every site & the food was amazing! “Pepe” also had a great personality, made it fun & the time flew by! Would recommend this tour to all my friends & family! Lastly, special shout out to Francesco at Spirito Di Vino who’s a sommelier & a Raider fan!

I absolutely loved this tour! As a self-proclaimed foodie, I can attest to the quality of everything we tasted! We stopped at 6 or 7 places (I've already lost track!), and I loved all of them. If I really had to choose, I would say da Enzo, Il Spirito di Vino, and L'Elementare were my top 3, but I'd go back to any of them! Valéria was a fantastic tour guide. I would highly recommend booking the tour with her!

We recently did an evening tour with Giorgia and felt an instant connection from the start. Giorgia was a wealth of knowledge on not only the food culture of Roma but also the rich layers of history it was built on. We were treated to some special service from many popular spots that had people lining up to dine outside. Stopping to learn about ancient ruins and the meaning behind many of the religious symbols along the way. All of our questions were answered and after finishing of with a delicious gelato we were left feeling full and happy. We would thoroughly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Giorgia a true Italian.

Great walking eating tour in Trastevere Rome away from the bustling tourists. Luca “Murphy” our fantastic guide is very funny and warm. His lighthearted and humor simplifies how immensely intelligent he is with food and Rome. A must go especially if you are wanting time away from the tourist traps and a little part of Italy.

Fabio was an excellent guide- knowledgeable and informative about the history of Testaccio and the food. I enjoyed the selection - the Bruschetta, Caprese and the Porchetta sandwich were outstanding, and the selection of cured meats pared with wine was very good. The only slight disappointment was that I was looking forward to starting with coffee and cake, and would have happily forgone some pasta instead. All in all it was a really fun experience.

This is the second time we’ve taken the Twilight Trastevere Food Tour! We had such a great time the first time that we signed up again with two other couples this time! It was wonderful! Martina was our guide and she was delightful! She was so personable and she knew so much about the area, the food and the wine! She made the evening so much fun for everyone! There were six stops and the food was amazing! We met so many nice people on the tour and we did a lot of eating, drinking and laughing! I can’t say enough good things about the tour, the food and our guide, Martina!

We enjoy local food tours and found this tour with Walter (from Australia) to be interesting and very informative. Walter is also a professional chef so not only did he provide interesting details of the historic areas as we walked but also gave a lot of great insight of the food and cooking techniques. Would we tour again with Walter, YES!, without any hesitation. You definitely should book a tour with him because he is so good!

Our group tours begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. If you are having a hard time arriving on time we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything in our power to assist you with arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time or reschedule to the next available tour.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES OR ILLNESS
Inside of 24 hours, your spot on the tour has been reserved exclusively for you. Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. Please plan ahead so that you are able to join us and don’t miss out!

AMENDMENT POLICY
We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of your tour . Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
